Volunteers are a huge force needed to make this event successful. Please consider volunteeriing!
You do not have to be a consignor to volunteer.

• Volunteers get to shop first, before consignors, to get the best selection because without our great volunteers, we would be unable to coordinate such an exciting event! 
• The popular volunteer times fill up quickly, so be sure to sign up early so you get the time you want!
• Volunteers are needed to help with:
• • Set-Up - Consignors will bring in the items already marked for sale and will need to be directed to the correct locations on the floor that the items belong. All items will be checked for wear and tear and that all parts are included. Items such as high chairs, strollers, playsets must be set- up and in good working order
  • Volunteer and Consignor Sale, Public Sale, 1/2 Price Sale - re-sorting, straightening, organizing, helping customers during the sale and assisting customers during check-out (de-tagging, bagging)
  • Clean-Up - Sorting remaining inventory into "charitable donation section" and "consignor return section" by consignor number. Tearing down racks and tables and sweeping up
  • Other responsibilities as needed
• All shifts will be filled on a first come first serve basis.
• Wear comfortable shoes and please arrive 10 minutes before your shift to sign-in, collect your nametag and apron, and get a brief training on the various volunteer duties.
• Volunteering is fun and you'll meet other great parents just like you!
• Volunteer shifts are in 2 hour increments but you are welcome to sign up for more than one shift.
• You do have to be a consignor to volunteer.
• Volunteers are NOT permitted to bring children to their scheduled shift. Thank you for your understanding.
